Indigent strives to keep this policy simple and light hearted. Any questions, comments, queries, etc... can be directed to us via the feedback page.

1. Your Information

If you choose to send us email (via the feedback form or any other means) we may use your email address to respond to you. All communication (i.e. email and via the feedback form) between you and Indigent is logged. This is only to cover our asses. Any information deemed to be "private information" WILL NOT BE USED FOR ANYTHING without your explicit consent. This includes your name, and email address. Your comments become the property of Indigent, and by submitting them, you are granting us the right to do whatever we want with them.

2. Mailing List

If you sign up to our mailing list, your email address does not reach us. We use NotifyList to send out our notices - you can read their privacy statement here.

3. Cookies/Tracking

We don't use cookies, but we do use a NedStat counter and Statcounter site stats.

4. Third Party Advertisements

We use Google Adsense and Amazon.co.uk to serve targeted content to the users of this site. To our knowledge, they don't affect you in any way unless you choose to be sucked into their mind control techniques.

4. Our Liability

If the government issues a subpoena to Indigent to divulge emails or logs, we're bloody well going to hand them over. We have very (very) supple skin - we're not going to jail for you.
